The "facilities" are primitive. The running water is the river. Although
it is not polluted, I myself don't drink from it. My dog and the wildlife seem healthy enough, but I bring my own drinking

which is left over from the quarry operation which gives good enough water for plants and radiators, but again, I don't even
make the coffee with that!
There are a couple portapotties around the property which
are serviced weekly and kept clean and with TP, so we are not entirely uncivilized. The main one behind the Bait Shop is handicapped

To be on the safe side, pack a card table if you need or want one.
The plus is that there is a decent boat ramp to the river that
will handle a flat-bottom rig up to 22 feet comfortably. Although I have seen a few intrepid souls launch larger craft,
I'ld recommend smaller flat-bottomed boats. Canoes and kayaks can go anywhere. And, again, gas motors for
the river; electric or MANUAL motors ONLY on the ponds.
